Burren Rocky Road Tour

The unique landscape of the Burren is home to the Cliffs of Moher and internationally famous for its unique flora. Learn about the Winterage which is a traditional method of farming dating back hundreds of years. Meet the goats that give the milk that makes award winning cheeses. Be smitten by the working sheep dogs and taste ice cream made just feet away from the milking parlor. Do you know what grikes and erratics are? Well you will at the end of this tour

 

Your guide will meet you at your accommodation or another agreed place and travel with you for the day 

The drop off is usually same as pick up

Please dress for the Irish weather. In general waterproof shoes are recommended for farm visits.

 The tours are for groups from 2 to 14 people. The minimum charge is for four people. Tours will run in all weathers except when a Orange or Red Weather Warning has been issued. Dietary requirements must be notified to us at time of booking. Children are welcome and will be offered a variety of child friendly drinks and we encourage them to explore the different tastings. 

Cancellations made with a minimum of 14 days’ notice before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date are non-refundable.No-shows will be charged in full.

If the number of guests attending the tour is fewer than originally booked, no partial refund will be given unless Fable Tours is notified at least seven days in advance of the tour date.

Customers will receive a full refund if a tour is cancelled due to weather warnings.
